TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALES

 

PAYMENT: Invoices are due and payable in accordance with the terms listed on the front of invoice.  An interest charge of 1.5% per month will be added to all past due accounts.  There will be absolutely No refunds.

 

DELIVERY: Unless otherwise noted, delivery will be made from PCS to be paid by purchaser.  Risk of loss passes to purchaser upon delivery by PCS to common carrier.

 

SOFTWARE SALES ARE FINAL: All software sales are final.  PCS will not refund money or exchange any software purchased.

 

RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION: In order to obtain service on your equipment, a Return Merchandise Authorization number must be obtained from PCS and the product must be received within 10 (ten) days after issuance of the RMA number.  In order to process the merchandise for repair or replacement, the following procedure must take place:

 

A.   Contact PCS to receive a RMA number.  You must provide the original invoice number, shipping date, serial number, and description of the product to be returned.

 

B.   Return the product, freight prepaid, with a copy of the invoice (proof of purchase) and a letter detailing the problems found.  Post the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box and on the mailing label.  Items received by PCS must be like-new condition in their original packaging, with all necessary cables, software and manuals as originally packed.

 

Be sure to clearly mark RMA number on the outside of the box and enclose the proof of purchase or otherwise your shipment may be refused at time of deliver.  Freight collect or C.O.C. return will be refused.  Return shipping for cases, power supplies, monitors and main central processing units will be paid for the first 30 days starting from the invoice, after that point shipping to and from PCS will be solely the purchaser’s responsibility.

A minimum 20% restocking fee will be charged on all goods returned after the date of purchase.  Absolutely NO RETURNS are accepted 20 days after the invoice date.

 

NOTE: We request that all items returned be tested prior to shipping at your end.  If we find that the problem is not defective, you will be responsible for all shipping charges.

 

“CPUS, MEMORY CHIPS, MATH CO’S TWENTY DAY WARRANTY ONLY”

 

A $15.00 fee will be charged for all returned checks.

 

This warranty will be governed and enforced under the laws of the state of California, as though made and to be fully performed there.  If litigation is commenced by either party to enforce any provisions of this warranty, it will be done in the State of California, Los Angeles Jurisdiction, and the prevailing party will be entitled to recover its reasonable costs and attorney’s fees.

 

 

LIMITED WARRANTY

 

All hardware products delivered by PCS are warranted as follows: Twelve (12) months from the date of original purchase by purchaser, PCS, will be repair or at its option, replaced the product without charge for parts or labor, unless otherwise provided in those written warranties.  This limited warranty is contingent upon proper use of the product in question and does not cove products which have been modified or which have been subjected to unusual physical or electrical stressed.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: PCS will not be responsible for consequential damage to the system or its components caused by either internal or external equipment, shorted connections or components not installed or obtained from us. PCS shall not be liable for damage to painted surfaces or keyboard keys due to physical abuse, or excessive use, or liquids, or chemicals spilled upon or inside the system, including oxidation or corrosion to components caused by exposure to slat air.

 

The limited warranty also does not cover any losses or damaged that may occur as a result of:

                  

1.   Shipping or improper installation or maintenance.

2.   Misuse, neglected or improper environment.

3.   Any repair, modification, adjustment, or installation of options or parts by anyone other than a PCS

4.   Excessive or inadequate electrical power surges, or other irregularities.
